A BOOSTER PUMP (24 Volt) is used to increase water pressure entering the R.O. System to enhance production - such as when household water pressure is low (below 40 psi).  We have 50 gallon per day "Low Flow" and 100 gallon per day "High Flow" models.

A DELIVERY PUMP is attached to the output of the system and is used to distribute R.O. water over a fairly large distance and to several appliances in need of purified water such as a refrigerator's water dispenser and ice maker, humidifier, multiple faucets, etc.

A PERMEATE PUMP requires no electricity and is attached to the drain line of the R.O. System.  This can reduce waste water by up to 80%, decrease tank fill time and increase membrane life by decreasing back pressure to less than 5 psi on the permeate - all of which serves to improve the overall efficiency of the system.
