Clements Water Shipping Policy:

It is our policy to ship orders via the most economical means or, by the carrier requested by our customers. Typically, this is via UPS or USPS. However, some packages due to their content or size may require shipment via a private freight service.

Shipping costs are quoted for individuals and corporations located in the Continental U.S. and Canada. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping costs.

Next Day or 2nd Day air services are available for some items and will be quoted with additional charges.

We do not calculate shipping charges in advance but can provide you with an approximate weight of your order. You can estimate the shipping charges on the UPS website or on the U.S. Postal Services website . Please note that this is only an estimate and we can not guarantee shipping costs obtained from these websites.

Oversized Packages:

Products considered "oversized" due to weight or dimensions may require additional fees or freight handling charges. These items can not be shipped overnight. In these cases, Clements Water will select the best shipping company possible based on the geographic destination of the order.

Regarding U.S. Postal Service Shipments:

U.S. Postal Service shipping does not guarantee time in transit or provide tracking. Lost items are not available for investigation by the Post Office for at least 30 days. Therefore, shipping by the Post Office is at the consumer's risk. Insurance on items shipped by the USPS can be provided, if desired, at an additional cost to the customer.

Missing or Damaged Shipments:

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If a package arrives damaged and there is the possibility that the contents are also damaged, you should refuse to accept it. If a box is damaged and delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before a refund or replacement can be made.

Hazardous Materials:

Any products required to be shipped under Hazardous Materials laws (HAZMAT) will incur additional charges by the carrier selected and will be quoted appropriately to you. HAZMAT shipments require HAZMAT labeling and are only available via ground shipping. Some products that are not considered hazardous may still be restricted to ground shipping.

Return Policy:

Clements Water Refining wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. We strive to ensure you get exactly what you ordered as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days within these guidelines:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is received from Clements Water Refining by calling either (800) 392-9624 or (989) 354-8151.
• The RMA number is clearly marked on the return shipping label.
• Original shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
• Return shipping costs will not be refunded or reimbursed.
• Items shipped "postage due" or COD will not be accepted.
• Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please be sure all original packing materials and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We can not process your return if parts are missing or, if items are not properly packed to prevent damage in transit.
